HeartFelt Reiki and Wellbeing Meet Harvest Rose the 'Heart Healer,' I am here to help you reconnect to your heart and learn how to use it, as a light to guide you. I can help you reawaken your relationship with the natural world and access the ancient wisdom that is held there. I weave together yoga, reiki, shamanism, life coaching and plant medicine to bring about transformation and alignment in your life. Reiki is a powerful way of Balancing the Mind, Body and Soul, giving you the chance to reconnect with your inner-self and create direction and intention. Experiencing a Heartfelt Reiki session in the 'Heart Space' at Laverock Law, in the beautiful surroundings of Northumberland countryside, will bring you to a deep sense of relaxation, calm and harmony. Harvest Rose is fully trained in Reiki, Shamanic Reiki Drumming and Plant spirit Reiki. A Heartfelt Reiki session with Harvest Rose typically lasts 2 hours, is client bespoke and helps you build inner strength and calm whilst enabling you to set intentions for new habits and behaviour to actually change your life. Harvest Rose is a life coach and brings transformation through her deep connection to the natural world and the ancient wisdom that she holds. When things change inside you, things change around you. My goal is to connect you to your heart, so you can live a heart-led life, full of JOY. In Person Heartfelt Reiki sessions last approx 2 hours. Remote Reiki is also available. Cost: £75 per person. Yoga Trained at Newcastle Yoga school, Harvest will provide you with a private yoga session which will leave you feeling energised, relaxed and uplifted. Yoga sessions typically take place in the morning and can be booked in advance, they normally lasting for approximately one hour. Cost: £25 per person. Small group workshops: 3-4 participants, £20 per person.
