Booking Information, Terms & Conditions
To make a booking please submit a booking enquiry. We don't do direct online bookings as we want to tailor the experience to your needs and wishes. Paying for your Experience Once you have booked your Experience we will ask you for a 50% deposit to confirm your place, if your experience is more than 3 months away. Experiences booked less than 3 months before they are due to take place will need to be paid in full. Payment is via BACS or chq, your experience is not confirmed until we have confirmed receipt of your payment. Cancelling your Experience If you cancel your Experience with more than 3 month’s notice we will retain your deposit but whenever possible we will try to arrange another date with you when you can re book and the deposit will be carried over. If you cancel less than 3 months before your Experience then you forfeit the full payment. If Wild Experiences Northumberland cancel your Experience We will only cancel your Experience under exceptional circumstances, for reasons beyond our control. Outdoor Experiences may be cancelled by us when we deem that weather conditions make the experience unsafe, this will be the decision of the Experience provider, in such case we will try our utmost to either rearrange your experience at a mutually convenient time or fully refund you. Our liability in the event of cancellation does not extend beyond this and we will not reimburse you for any other associated costs that you may have incurred. Children As well as the Magic Rucsac adventure we welcome children on most of our experiences, however anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult for insurance and safeguarding purposes. Children are not able to take part in the yoga and wellbeing workshops. Pets We will take pets on Family Adventures, Pilgrim’s Crossings and walks in the Cheviots, however this is entirely at our discretion, all dogs will need to be on leads. |
What to Bring Shortly before taking part in one of our Experiences we will contact you with final arrangements and where appropriate directions and a list of items that you will need to bring, if you have any special dietary requirements or medical conditions you will be asked to inform us of these. If you think that a medical condition may impact on whether you can do an experience then please discuss this with us before booking. Data Protection Policy We will keep all information secure and never share your details with third parties unless it is in order to comply with any legislation Environmental Policy All our Experiences are about helping you reconnect to yourself and connect with Nature as well as learning and having fun at the same time. Looking after our shared environment is really important to us and we hope that you will share our ethos whilst taking part in one our Experiences. We aim to minimise the impact of all our activities through careful planning and consideration of impact, we will source items such as food ingredients from local suppliers or organically whenever possible. All the energy used in our breadmaking and felt workshops is sourced from renewable suppliers, and we always do our utmost to recycle compost or deal with waste in the most sustainable way practicable. Accessibility It is our aim to be as inclusive as possible with all our experiences. Bread and Feltmakingcourses are held in our own house, this is accessed via 2 shallow steps and is level thereafter. For outdoor experiences we will try to tailor the Experience to your abilities if we are made aware of these at the time of booking. Certain medical conditions (and pregnancy) may mean that it is not possible to take part in a yoga and wellbeing session, if you are unsure then please contact us before making your booking. |
